Natività di Maria Santissima a Selva Candida is at Via di Selva Candida 671, in the suburb of Selva Candida which is just west of the Circonvallazione Settentrionale.

The church is in the municpality of Rome, but the diocese of Porto Santa Rufina.

It is the former church of the parish which now occupies the church of Santi Martiri di Selva Candida, and seems still intact as a church building. It is in a vernacular idiom, being a simple ranch-style building set perpendicular to, and slightly above, the street with a short entrance cloister attached to the right side of the frontage. The otherwise plain white street façade shows a rectangular stained-glass window of the coronation of Our Lady.

The parish kept the dedication for itself when it moved churches in 2006. Hence, it does not have the same dedication as the church in which it now worships.
