Nostra Signora di Fatima ad Ottavia is a modern parish church at Via del Fontanile Nuovo 88 in the Ottavia district, just north-east of the train station in a pleasant area with trees.

It was designed by Aldo Aloysi, and completed in 1975. It is a small, rectangular flat-roofed building of no architectural pretensions or interest. It has projecting eaves, and a wire fence instead of a roof parapet. The entrance is on one long side, and has a heavy horizontal canopy supported by red brick pillars and with a dedicatory inscription. There is a strip of windows above the canopy. The walls of the church are rendered in orange-yellow, and L-shaped concrete beams support the roof.
