Sant'Isidoro a Capo le Case is a franciscan church which dedicated to St Isidore. It is also the national church of Ireland.

The church was founded by Spanish Franciscans in 1622, the year that St Isidore was canonized.
In 1625, it became a refuge for Irish Franciscans. The Irish College was established here, and remains on this site.
The friars dispersed during the Napoleonic occupation, and a group of Nazarene painters settled in the monastery.

The Cappella Da Sylva was designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini in 1663.
