Santa Maria Madre della Chiesa is a modern parish church at Via del Casale di Santa Maria 50, south of the Via Casilina east of Finocchio. It is in the Borghesiana district.
This church is in the municipality of Rome, but belongs to the diocese of Frascati.
It was built in 1983 as a low building on a square plan. The central part of the roof is a pyramid, while the outer edges are flat and overhang. One corner of the square is truncated to form the entrance, which has a canopy formed of a continuation of the roof overhang, supported by two concrete pillars.
