Santa Maria Regina dei Martiri in Via Ostiense is a modern parish church at Via Carlo Casini 282 in Dragona, which is the last suburb north of the Via del Mare before one reaches Ostia Antica.

The dedication is to the Blessed Virgin Mary under her title of "Queen of Martyrs". She died in peace in bed, but the title is an allusion to her Sorrows.

The church was designed by Aldo Aloysi and Ernesto Vichi in the 1980’s, and is a very simple rectangular design with an entrance hall attached, slightly narrower than the main edifice. The flat roof is supported by thin concrete pillars, and the slab infill for the walls between them is coloured brown. The entrance hall is gabled, with a projecting porch. The only external indication that this is a church is a cross made of two rods and set on the roof behind the entrance hall.

Perhaps a more substantial building is hoped for, as this one looks like a cheaply-built snooker hall.
