Santi Nicola e Bernardino a Casale del Malborghetto is a dependent chapel of the parish of Santi Urbano e Lorenzo a Prima Porta , and is located on the Via Barlasina, in a rural location off the Via Flaminia.

It is attached to a fortified farmhouse converted from an ancient Roman triumphal arch, and was built in 1744. The present simple frontage, having a pair of rectangular windows flanking the door and a circular one in the gable, was rebuilt in 1947.

It has the distinction of being the northernmost Roman church.
